In over 70 years of operation, Northwest Demolition has been completing complex projects under challenging conditions with zero fatalities or serious injuries.

DAVID WILLIAMS

President

Mr. Williams has over 25 years of experience working with Northwest Demolition. In addition to overseeing all aspects of company business, he focuses on Business Development and the acquisition of opportunities that suit Northwest’s diverse capabilities. Mr. Williams has extensive experience in procurement, strategic planning, and resource allocation. He has a degree in Public Administration and Business Management.

CHAD HOFFART

Vice President – Operations

Mr. Hoffart has over 25 years of experience in the demolition, dismantling and environmental industry. Over the course of his career, he has held various leadership roles at Northwest Demolition, culminating in his current position as Vice President. In this capacity, Mr. Hoffart collaborates closely with the company’s senior leadership team to establish organizational objectives, drive strategic planning initiatives, and provide critical oversight to ensure the achievement of company goals. He has a degree in Business Management and Economics.

RICHARD WAYPER

Senior Consultant

Mr. Wayper has over 35 years of experience working in the environmental remediation and demolition fields. In his previous role as President he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business. As a Senior Consultant he focuses on Business Development opportunities. He has a Master’s Degree in Environmental Geology.

DARIN LEIBELT

Senior Program Manager / National Business Development Manager

With a consulting background, Mr. Leibelt has nearly 25 years of experience in the environmental remediation and demolition industries. He joined the Northwest Demolition team in 2005 to oversee the Hawaii-Pacific division and currently provides leadership in a range of senior project management, safety, and estimating functions. As National Business Development Manager, he organizes Northwest Demolition’s corporate business development efforts and takes a lead role in estimating federal opportunities. He has a degree in Environmental Science and is a Certified Health and Safety Technician (CHST).

LUCAS PEEL

Hawaii Regional Manager

Mr. Peel has been with Northwest Demolition since 2017, serving in a variety of roles from laborer to field technician to project coordination. He is currently responsible for project estimation, strategic planning, and management for the Hawaii-Pacific Division. In addition, he also oversees Northwest Demolition’s corporate marketing, design, and copywriting efforts. Mr. Peel leverages his past experience managing complex projects on Hawai’i Island, Maui, Oahu, and Kwajalein Atoll, RMI. He has a degree in Environmental Science and Social Entrepreneurship Studies.

ANDY VOGT

Director of Administration

Mr. Vogt has over 18 years of experience in the construction and demolition industries. He has served various roles at Northwest Demolition from Chief Safety Officer, project management to administrative functions. He currently manages all administrative functions within the business, ranging from contracts, to project controls and accounting. He also is responsible for the oversight of all accounting personnel. He has a degree in Dietetics and is a certified Safety Trained Supervisor (STS).

JONAS FRAZIER

Corporate Safey Manager

As Northwest Demolition Corporate Safety Manager Mr. Frazier is responsible for directing and implementing all aspects of the Corporate Safety Program, including oversight and compliance and risk management strategies as it relates to safety policy and procedures for the company. Prior to becoming the Corporate Safety Manager has served roles as laborer, heavy equipment operator and project Supervisor.
